As a Project Quality Manager, you act as a strategic sparring partner for project managers and execution teams. You bring structure, oversee compliance with quality standards, and foster a culture where quality management is an integral part of daily project execution.

Your key responsibilities:

Implement and maintain the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards
Proactively identify, monitor, and report on risks, opportunities, and deviations within active projects
Formulate project audit plans and execute internal project audits
Guide project teams through quality gates, verification, and validation of process requirements
Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the project management plan

Job Requirements

You will be successful if:
- You have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a quality management role within project environments
- You possess demonstrable knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards
- You have professional proficiency in English and Dutch (minimum B2 level)
- You have hands-on experience with Systems Engineering processes from design through maintenance
